| Dear Members, We are on a membership drive and seek your help promoting membership to your colleagues, friends & family who may have interest in golf membership here. ‘Out of Town’ membership – see PDF above We are actively seeking new golf memberships from interested parties living outside the Victoria area. For only $1,000 down they become an Out of Town member and we will credit that payment toward the Entrance Fee owing when they sign up for Active Membership here. Whilst an Out of Town member - 6 Complimentary rounds of golf per year & monthly dues only $81 plus tax. Food & Beverage minimum and monthly building assessment not applicable. ‘Local’ membership – see PDF above We are actively seeking new golf memberships from interested parties living within the Victoria area. For only $1,000 down they can go on our waitlist for up to 1 year and we will credit that payment toward the Entrance Fee owing when they sign up for Active Membership here. Whilst on our Waitlist- Golf daily after 1 p.m. or as times available at $45 per round & monthly dues only $81 plus tax. Food & Beverage minimum and monthly building assessment apply. If your contact wishes to become Active immediately, we can make that happen. Our Entrance Fees are currently $18,000 plus tax, Spousal $12,000 plus tax. Entrance Fee Financing is available, however, if our new member pays the entrance fee in full at commencement of Active membership they may benefit with $1,000 account credit OR they may opt to pay the entrance fee in full with credit card and collect Visa/MasterCard rewards. Active monthly dues are $205.00 plus tax. Please note, that we offer you the Active member as primary proposer of a new local or new out of town membership a $1,000 account credit within 30 days of the applicant initiating Active membership ($18,000 plus tax). If the new applicant initiates Active membership immediately at time of application we will apply a $1,500 account credit (within 30 days) to the primary proposer. The primary proposer may elect to transfer all or some of the account credit, $1,000 OR $1,500 as applicable, to the new applicant.
